An actor and communications studies major from the University of Kansas, Missy can relate to a variety of personalities with confidence. You might say she grew up with real estate. With her mother a Realtor, another family member working for a builder, Missy speaks the language. After building, purchasing and selling homes of her own, she realized that she enjoys the processes and challenges, and understands what it takes to bring a transaction together seamlessly and pleasurably. Negotiating to a win-win situation takes good listening skills, all of which are Missy's long suits.

And her results speak volumes. Missy sold over 10 million dollars her first full year in real estate. In 2004 she received the prestigious Chairman's Award. In 2005, 2006, and 2007 Missy was the #1 agent for Koenig and Strey in the Glenview offices, comprised of over 100 agents. Ever since an OPRAH SHOW producer's call brought us together in the fall of 2006, Carole has been staging the homes of our sellers.

As a professional interior arranger, Carole is passionate about creating fresh design in homes, with her clients' existing furnishings, art and treasures.

It was about ten years ago when her passion for design and sensitivity to surroundings was profoundly noticed. After being hospitalized with acute pneumonia for eight days, she was compelled to rearrange her regulation, sterile-green hospital room. To this day, she believes it was that black-and-blue kneed night nurse who made the early morning call to BlueCross BlueShield, on day nine, suggesting that Carole be discharged immediately.

More recently, her formal training formal training and professional status with the Interior Arrangement and Design Association and RealtyEnhancements International has equipped her with the credentials, design principals and business strategies for managing her own successful interior arrangement business.

To this business venture she brings an array of experiences and skills fostered and challenged during her 28 years as a professional educator.
