Welcome To Grey Oaks

A gift from a pioneering Florida landowner.

Three decades ago, Grey Oaks was a scrub of land owned by a woman named Judy Sproul, who’d inherited the property from her grandfather, the pioneering Florida landowner and businessman Barron Collier. Judy set her heart on developing a country club because, in her words: “I wanted to build something I could be proud of, something that leaves a legacy of what we do in the area.” Today, residents are still benefiting from her vision.

What to Expect

Freshwater lakes winding through manicured greens and tropical flowers.

Freshwater lakes wind through manicured greens, tropical flowers, and coconut palms with chirping birds. Tucked in secluded enclaves, homes maintain their privacy from the main roads. While tennis courts, a resort-style pool, and award-winning golf courses coax most residents outdoors, a brand new 30,000-square-foot Wellness Center is a tempting place to stay inside and in shape.

The Lifestyle

Keeping healthy, young, and stress-free.

Living in Grey Oaks keeps residents healthy, young, and stress-free. With all levels of coaching in golf or tennis and over sixty classes a week offered at the Wellness Center, minds and bodies will get plenty of exercise. Social calendars stay full with community events at the Clubhouse or dining with friends at one of Grey Oaks’ three restaurants. Depending on your mood and attire, there’s a venue for everything.

Unexpected Appeal

Escaping traffic and coming home to a haven.

In high season, on Airport Pulling Road and the surrounding areas, cars can clog the streets, making errands a little more arduous. But residents breathe a sigh of relief returning home to the peaceful haven of Grey Oaks, where golf carts rule the road, and there’s never a rush hour.

The Market

Secluded subdivisions with their own unique character.

Within the exclusive gated community of Grey Oaks or Estuary at Grey Oaks, housing options include coach home style condominium (4 units in a building), mid-rise condominium, single family villa homes, and estate homes. Secluded from the main road, each subdivision has its own unique character.

54 holes of championship golf.

The Estuary at Grey Oaks, with its creative bunker design and challenging approach shots, is the work of legendary course designer Bob Cupp. Just one of the three golf courses, it’s no wonder Grey Oaks was named one of America’s Top 100 Golf Communities by Travel + Leisure.
