It is located just East of Pfingsten Rd North of Lake Ave., and across the street from both Glenbrook Hospital and Glenbrook South High School. The community has about 100 single family homes ranging in square footage from approximately 2600 to 3400 square feet and roughly 60 attached homes as well ranging from about 1900 to 2300 square feet. The area was developed by James Group. There is a homeowners association and the townhouse fees are about $340-$360/month for the attached homes.
