The Moorings

The Moorings is one of Naples' original communities, and it shows in the best way: mature banyan trees, larger-than-average lots, and a real mix of old and new that gives it more character than most planned communities.

Worth knowing before you tour

Given the age range of the housing stock — some homes date to the 1950s–70s — renovation scope varies enormously from listing to listing. On any waterfront property, confirm dock permitting, seawall condition, and canal depth at low tide before you get attached to a specific address; these details affect both usability and insurance in ways that aren't visible from photos.
